Establishment of Indonesian Information Systems Doctoral Association
Palembang, July 17, 2025 – Today marks a historic moment for the world of education, particularly in the field of information systems in Indonesia, with the establishment of the Indonesian Association of Information Systems Doctors (ADSII). The grand event held at Cafe 86 Palembang was attended by academics, professionals, and key figures from various renowned universities across the country. ADSII was formed with the primary goal of enhancing collaboration and synergy among doctors in the field of information systems and providing a tangible contribution to the development of information technology in Indonesia.
In his speech, Dr. Usman Ependi, S.Kom., M.Kom., the elected Chairman of ADSII, stated that this association serves as a platform for doctors of information systems to share knowledge, research, and experiences. “With the presence of ADSII, we hope to promote deeper innovation and research in the field of information systems and support the development of quality human resources in this digital era,” said Dr. Usman Ependi, S.Kom., M.Kom. He also emphasized the importance of cross-sector collaboration in facing the challenges of the fourth industrial revolution and the rapid development of technology.
The establishment event of ADSII included the signing of the Deed of Establishment by the founding members of the association. This solemn ceremony was witnessed by all participants present. Following the signing, a networking session provided an opportunity for attendees to get acquainted and discuss various important issues in the field of information systems. The atmosphere was filled with camaraderie and a spirit of collaboration during this session.
During the networking session, intriguing discussions emerged from the attending doctors. Pendirian Asosiasi Doktor Sistem Informasi Indonesia
Palembang, 17 Juli 2025 – Hari ini menandai momen bersejarah bagi dunia pendidikan khususnya bidang sistem informasi di Indonesia dengan pendirian Asosiasi Doktor Sistem Informasi Indonesia (ADSII). Acara yang berlangsung megah di Cafe 86 Palembang ini dihadiri oleh akademisi, profesional, serta tokoh-tokoh penting dari berbagai universitas ternama di tanah air. ADSII dibentuk dengan tujuan utama untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi dan sinergi antar doktor di bidang sistem informasi, serta memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi perkembangan teknologi informasi di Indonesia.
Dalam sambutannya, Dr. Usman Ependi, S.Kom., M.Kom, selaku Ketua Umum ADSII terpilih, menyatakan bahwa asosiasi ini merupakan wadah bagi para doktor sistem informasi untuk berbagi pengetahuan, riset, dan pengalaman. “Dengan adanya ADSII, kami berharap dapat mendorong inovasi dan penelitian yang lebih mendalam di bidang sistem informasi, serta mendukung pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas di era digital ini,” ujar Dr. Usman Ependi, S.Kom., M.Kom. Acara pendirian ADSII ini diisi dengan penandatanganan Akta Pendirian yang diikuti oleh para pendiri asosiasi. Prosesi ini berlangsung khidmat dan disaksikan oleh seluruh peserta yang hadir. Setelah penandatanganan, dilanjutkan dengan sesi ramah tamah yang memberikan kesempatan bagi para peserta untuk saling berkenalan dan berdiskusi tentang berbagai isu penting di bidang sistem informasi. Suasana penuh keakraban dan semangat kolaborasi sangat terasa dalam sesi ini.
